Brand / WordPress / Resource architecture
Delivered project
The brief
What the work needed to do.
Organise specialist information so practitioners can locate relevant guidance and resources. We connected the identity, resource architecture and WordPress build, with routes to model information, training and downloads.
The challenge
What the experience had to solve.
The depth of the model needed a clear information structure for people arriving with different levels of knowledge.
The work
The thinking behind the delivery.
01
Separate the model and the services
The information architecture distinguishes TMMi model guidance from assessments and training. Visitors can understand those parts individually while following relevant connections between them.
02
Bring the resources together
The WordPress build connects specialist information with downloads and training routes. The structure is designed around practitioner tasks instead of presenting every resource at the same level.
03
Give the experience a consistent identity
Brand and website development were delivered together. The identity supports a precise, ordered presentation suited to guidance, assessment and quality-assurance information.
Evidence and outcome
What the work put in place.
Model guidance, assessments, training and downloads are organised in one website, giving practitioners connected routes to specialist resources.
