Case study / Grounded Compliance
Compliance, in plain English.
Geeklab built Grounded Compliance’s website and social video around a simple promise: practical help with privacy, AI governance and digital operational resilience, without the jargon.

Website live
The “Not the textbook. The next right step.” message at street scale, shown as design visualisations.
The brief
What the work needed to do.
Grounded Compliance helps businesses with privacy and data protection, AI governance and digital operational resilience. The website needed to explain three specialist areas, and one practical way of working, to business owners who want straight answers.
The challenge
What the experience had to solve.
Compliance is easy to make intimidating. The content had to stay clear and approachable, make the point that this is not a law firm or a Google search, and give every visitor a direct route to an enquiry.

The work
The thinking behind the delivery.
01
Three areas, one approach
Privacy, AI governance and digital operational resilience each get a plain-English summary, held together by the same clear, practical approach.
02
A process anyone can follow
A four-step process sets out how the work happens: a conversation, a clear assessment, policies written in plain English, then retainer support to stay covered.
03
Social video with a point of view
Short reels take on everyday compliance questions, from moving fast without taking risks to the 364 days between audits.
Evidence and outcome
What the work put in place.
The live website gives Grounded Compliance a clear public home for its three practice areas, its four-step way of working and its enquiry route. Social video carries the same plain-English voice into everyday channels.
