Inside the work · Coffy

Coffy

Coffy’s brand system connects the coffee cup, packaging and online shop. The original portfolio artwork below lets you see how the identity carries across everyday applications.

Delivered brand system, packaging applications and eCommerce website. These images are portfolio presentations of the work.

01

A repeated mark

The Coffy mark appears on the cup, sleeve and receipt. Different pieces stay connected through that repeated visual element.

02

A considered colour pairing

Deep teal and white carry the identity across the original applications. The pairing stays recognisable on the dark cup and sleeve and the white receipt.

03

A system across formats

A curved cup, flat sleeve and narrow receipt need different layouts. The identity adapts to those proportions without treating every surface as the same design.

The type choices, made visible.

The original specimen names Calistoga Regular for headings and Poppins Regular for body text. It also shows how the type and palette carry into buttons.

Three useful starting points

Start with the change
your business needs.

The scope follows the problem: a new identity, a focused refresh or a clearer way to use an existing brand. Positioning, visual decisions and practical guidance come together around that need.

01

Create a new brand

Clarify your audience, offer and reasons to choose you. Develop the positioning, core messages, logo, typography and colour around that shared direction.

Positioning and messages · Visual identity · Priority applications

02

Refresh with a purpose

Review what is still useful in the current identity and where it no longer reflects the business. Retain recognition where it matters and refine the visual and verbal decisions that need to change.

Identity review · Focused design updates · Voice and messaging

03

Put the identity to work

Create guidance for your team and partners, then plan priority applications across websites, sales materials, packaging or campaigns. Agree the files, ownership and rollout responsibilities.

Brand guidance · Agreed applications · Rollout and handover

Working together

From direction
to everyday use.

01

Plan the project

Review business context, audience and existing assets. Agree the identity questions, deliverables, decision-makers and review stages.

02

Develop the identity

Explore the visual and verbal direction in relevant applications. Review the work with your team and refine the decisions that need to stay consistent.

03

Prepare for use

Confirm the agreed assets and guidance. Plan rollout priorities, file ownership and any further applications your team needs.
