What we were asked to do
From campaign booking
to delivery evidence.
Create a shared operational platform for advertisers, the agency, station partners and campaign teams.
The scope brought together an operations dashboard, a four-step booking journey, reporting and a station-partner workspace for delivery and exceptions.

What was in the way
The objective
Give the people running a radio campaign a shared record from booking through to delivery evidence, with workspaces suited to their roles.
The challenge
Campaign planning and delivery checks involved manual coordination across stations, languages and regions. The platform needed to connect those workflows and make the status of the work visible.

How we did it
Building around the people running the campaigns
We translated the operational workflow into a product with distinct roles, shared campaign information and clear delivery states.
Workflow design
Structured the campaign record around advertisers, stations, spots, dates, budgets and delivery evidence.
Role-based journeys
Designed booking for planners, delivery for stations and oversight for operations.
Application development
Built authenticated workspaces, verification states and reporting into the platform.
Connected operations
Brought booking, delivery and reporting into the same product so teams can work from shared campaign information.
