(01)

What we were asked to do

A global resource,
designed around its users.

Bring certification levels, specialist streams, syllabi, exam providers and member boards into a coherent digital resource.

The platform needed to serve people exploring qualifications for the first time as well as experienced visitors looking for a specific document or provider.

(02)

What was in the way

The objective

Give ISTQB’s worldwide audience a clear route through its certification information, documents and provider network.

The challenge

A large specialist resource serves several audiences with different levels of knowledge. The experience needed to support discovery, direct search and regional pathways within one consistent structure.

(03)

How we did it

Turning complexity into clear journeys

We connected the information model, navigation and visual design around the tasks visitors needed to complete.

Information architecture

Organised levels, streams, documents and boards into a searchable structure.

User experience

Designed filters, search and document states for visitors with specific tasks.

Responsive design

Carried the institutional identity into an experience designed for desktop and mobile.

Measurement

Defined the journeys to review, including downloads, site search and routes to member boards.
